HCR (HIGH CONSISTENCY SILICONE RUBBER : 固相シリコン)

シリコーンゴムは硬化温度にしたがって熱を加えることで硬化する高温硬化用(HTV)と常温で自然硬化する常温硬化用(RTV)に分類されます。

高温硬化型ゴムは原料ポリマーの重合度にしたがいミラブル型シリコーンゴム(Millable Rubber)と液状シリコーン(Liquid Silicone Rubber)に大きく分けることができます。ミラブル型ゴムはポリオガノシロキサン(シリコーンポリマー)を主原料とし、シリカ系の補強性充填材、さまざまな特性を付与するための各種添加剤を配合しベースコンパウンド(compound)を製造し、次の加硫剤を添加して加熱硬化する形態のゴムです。

他の有機系ゴムでは見ることのできない耐熱、耐寒、耐油、耐薬品、難燃、ガス透過、生理的不活性(無毒性)および電気的に優秀な特性を持っており、電気•電子産業分野のみならず事務機器、自動車、食品、レジャー用品などすべての産業分野に幅広く使用されています。
