LSR(Liquid Silicone Rubber : 液状シリコーン)

LSR(Liquid Silicone Rubber, 液状シリコーンゴム)は液状の高温硬化型シリコーンゴムです。

LSRは高温硬化型で粘度が低く流動性が良いため射出成形によるオートメーション生産が可能なシリコーンゴムです。また、LSRは複雑なモールドに入りやすいため複雑なデザインや厳格な偏差が要求されるところでの使用が理想的です。

また、LSRは硬化過程のうち揮発性過酸化物や残留物が検出されないという長点や無毒性の特性があり、乳児用ニップル、ダイビングマスク, スノーケル, メディカルチューブ, 飲食容器などに使用が可能です。
